Double-ended U Drilling Machine / Multi-drilling Machines

We have developed special-purpose U Drilling machine, which is perfect for machining spindle axle beam components. There are 15hp spindle heads, and the machine works at both end in the same setting. Also, it is functioned well by servo CNC control system. Construction of spindle heads with high precision bearings, and speeds of spindle varies by VFD. Also, hydraulic system helps operate the self centering vices. With forced coolant and centralized lubrication system, the machine is just complete. Further, the job clamping fixture works well with hydraulics cylinders.
